Lisa Dodge is the Director of Advancement at ElevateDD, where she leads fundraising efforts and donor engagement strategies. In her role, she ensures all initiatives align with the organization’s mission and strategic goals, helping individuals, corporations, and the community support and advance ElevateDD’s work. Lisa is committed to demonstrating the impact of philanthropy through thoughtful stewardship and innovative engagement. 

With over 15 years of experience in nonprofit development and communications, Lisa brings a diverse skill set that includes relationship management, peer-to-peer outreach, prospect research, planned giving, grant and script writing, event support, and volunteer management. Most recently, she worked at Columbus School for Girls and Delta Gamma Fraternity, where she honed her expertise in advancing organizational goals through strategic fundraising and communications. She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Ohio University. 

Lisa lives in Dublin with her husband and two children. She is passionate about connecting people to causes that matter, fostering community involvement, and creating opportunities for others to make a lasting impact.
