Jen Bryant joined ElevateDD in 2025 as Grants Manager, leading strategic efforts to secure funding that supports the organization’s programs and initiatives. Her work supports the Down Syndrome Association of Central Ohio (DSACO), Adult Literacy Ohio, and Learning Aid Ohio. Jen manages all stages of the grant process, from research and proposal development to reporting and relationship management, with a strong focus on long-term sustainability and meaningful outcomes. She is committed to increasing opportunities through thoughtful, impact-driven grantmaking. 

Jen is dedicated to building collaborative, trust-based partnerships with funders and community organizations to help advance ElevateDD’s mission and broaden its impact. She believes deeply in authentic inclusion for all people and is committed to supporting this value in both her personal and professional life. 

With a professional background in project management, process improvement, grant writing, business operations, and learning & development, Jen brings valuable experience that contributes to her ability to support and drive impactful initiatives within the organization. She has a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Franklin University and an Associate of Applied Science in Business Management from CSCC, with a focus on Nonprofit Management. 

Outside of work, Jen enjoys running, hiking, reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. She lives in Central Ohio.
