Courtney Frost 

Program Manager of New Parent Services & Social Media 

Courtney Frost is the Program Manager of New Parent Services & Social Media where she offers social and emotional support to new parents receiving a Down syndrome diagnosis. She also ensures that new parents are welcomed into the DSACO community, provides up-to-date information, and facilitates their connection to the resources and programs we have to offer. 

Courtney also heads up our First Connect Parent Mentor Program, Little Buddies Parent Resource Group, and Medical Outreach efforts to providers delivering a Down syndrome diagnosis. 

Additionally, Courtney manages DSACO’s social media across all platforms. She is responsible for creating graphics and curating engaging content to keep our families up to date on events and programs, as well as advocacy and inclusion efforts. 

Courtney graduated from the University of Dayton with a Master's of Science in Education and held a counseling licensure through the State of Ohio for nearly 10 years, counseling adults, families, and children. 

As a mom to a young child with Down syndrome, Courtney is passionate about helping new parents feel welcomed, connected, and supported. She also enjoys sharing her creative side as she leads our social media, helping to keep our community engaged while leading DSACO in our advocacy and inclusion efforts.
