Erika Irvin joined the ElevateDD team in January 2023 as the Administrative Assistant. Erika is highly organized and resourceful, with a proven track record of supporting senior leadership and driving operational efficiency. With a strong background in administrative management, calendar coordination, and executive communications, Erika excels at anticipating needs, managing complex schedules, and supporting all of ElevateDD’s communities. 

Known for her discretion, attention to detail, and positive approach, Erika brings a calm and confident presence to fast-paced environments. She is skilled in handling confidential information, coordinating on-site meetings, and serving as a trusted source of support for all varieties of projects. 

Her commitment to excellence, combined with her ability to adapt quickly and solve problems creatively, makes her an invaluable asset to our team. 

Erika lives in Columbus with her husband Jack and daughters Reagan and Madison. In her free time, she enjoys traveling the world with her family and friends. She also enjoys spending time volunteering at the Bloom Free Store in Worthington.
